  1. Service Cancellation: Clients have the right to cancel their tax preparation or advisory service within 7 days of engagement, provided that Tax Mantrana has not yet commenced the service. In such cases, clients are eligible for a full refund of any pre-paid fees.

  2. Service Errors: If an error made by Tax Mantrana results in a penalty or interest charged to the client by a tax authority, Tax Mantrana will refund the service fee directly related to the error. We may also offer to cover the cost of penalties or interest, subject to our review and discretion.

  3. Unsatisfactory Service: If a client is unsatisfied with the service provided and can demonstrate that Tax Mantrana did not adhere to professional standards or the agreed-upon scope of work, the client may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances.

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Clients wishing to request a refund must contact Tax Mantrana’s customer service within 30 days of the service completion date, providing a clear explanation of the issue and any relevant evidence.

  2. Investigation: Tax Mantrana will review the refund request, which may involve further communication with the client for additional information or clarification. We aim to complete this review within 15 business days.

  3. Decision and Refund Issuance: If the refund request is approved, Tax Mantrana will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative refund method.

  4. Denial of Refund: Should a refund request be denied, Tax Mantrana will provide a comprehensive explanation to the client. Clients dissatisfied with the outcome may escalate their concerns within Tax Mantrana for further review.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Refunds do not cover fees associated with governmental or third-party entities, nor for penalties or interest resulting from the client’s omission of information or provision of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Tax Mantrana is not responsible for refunding fees for services that were completed as agreed upon and met professional standards, even if the client hoped for a different tax outcome.
